Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply.

Before production

If you need to cancel after accepting a quote but before we have started production, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel and refund any deposit, depending on timing and costs already incurred.

After production has started

Once artwork is approved and production has started, we generally cannot cancel or refund, as the work is custom and non-resaleable. Exceptions may be made at our discretion (e.g. if we have made an error).

Faulty or incorrect work

If the finished product is faulty or does not match the approved proof due to our error, we will reprint or correct the order, or offer a refund where appropriate. You must notify us promptly and, if requested, provide photos or return the items.

Returns

Custom-printed or embroidered goods are made to order and are not returnable except in the case of fault or our error as above.
