How It Works
How Screen Printing Works
Screen printing is an art — and there are so many factors you have to get right for your artwork to look great on a garment. It all starts with the screen: we burn each colour onto a screen, then register them all on the machine. Once the screens are ready, it's ink time. We use the highest quality inks so our prints are sharp, bright, and last a long time. Once ink is applied to the garment, the inks have to cure properly — and making sure the inks cure is the key to making a print last. Screen printing is used for so many types of garments: racing apparel, sports, promotional, advertising, or business purposes. Whatever your need, we've got you covered.

Use the table below as a guide — prices are per print, per garment, and exclude the cost of blanks. Setup fees apply per colour on first-time orders. The more you order, the lower the per-unit cost. Get in touch with your artwork, quantities, and timeframe for a firm quote.

- For low quantity and high colours there is other options available such as Heat Transfer or Direct to Garment.
- Dark Garments attract a fee as they require additional screens, colours and layers.
- Screen fees for repeat orders are FREE on orders of 100+ units.
- For repeat orders of less than 100 units, there is a screen set up fee of $30 per screen, including under base if applicable.
